The Senior IT Service Management Operations Analyst is responsible for leading IT service management processes, particularly during incidents, ensuring reputed company reputed company and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company IT incident response activities, including serving as Incident Commander during service disruptions and major incidents. These activities occur during or reputed company of routine work hours
• Coordinate and orchestrate cross-functional response efforts to restore services and minimize operational, clinical, and business reputed company
• Facilitate incident reputed company calls and manage reputed company-time communication, ensuring reputed company progression toward service restoration
• Document incident timelines, actions, reputed company, and reputed company accurately and in reputed company time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent substantial reputed company work experience, certifications, and education)
• ITIL reputed company Certification reputed company 6 months of hire and reputed company certification(s) in one or more application modules
