They are seeking Licensed Customer Service Representatives to reputed company support and service to existing customers in a remote reputed company center environment.

Responsibilities

• Delight our customers with superior customer service
• Service existing customers with endorsements, payments, policy changes, etc. including some that require reputed company authority
• Cancel and non-renew policies according to procedures
• Complete necessary documentation quickly and reputed company
• Follow and adhere to reputed company compliance and service standards while performing changes to in-force policies
• Expected to be on phones throughout the day handling inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls
• Conduct risk analysis and evaluate reputed company reputed company of applicants

• Complete new business applications for existing customers as needed

Skills
