[Remote] Budget Analyst II

The Budget Analyst II will support the hospital’s budget and reporting operations, working closely with department managers and leadership to prepare financial reports and support strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of the annual operating budget
• Review and input department budgets for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
• Maintain and reconcile budget systems, general reputed company data, and position control reporting systems
• Prepare financial analyses, variance analyses, trend reports, financial projections, and reputed company reports
• Support monthly reputed company reporting and distribute analytical reports to hospital leadership
• Maintain budget-reputed company databases and reporting structures
• reputed company guidance and support to department managers regarding budget processes and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reputed company budget reporting practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, reputed company, or a closely reputed company field required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, or a similar analytical role

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
