[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

The AR/Credentialing Specialist is responsible for resolving inbound patient inquiries reputed company to billing in a multichannel Contact Center Environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and reputed company insurance claims follow-up and accounts receivable reputed company for assigned clinics
• Accountable for reputed company payers, aged claims, and special accounts receivable reputed company
• Adhere to government regulations, payer reputed company and insurance guidelines reputed company performing insurance follow-up, resolving reputed company accounts, and appealing claims
• Be a key contributor to the reputed company Cycle by identifying and reporting inefficiencies and opportunities that enhance reputed company reputed company, decrease denials, and minimize write-offs
• Maintain confidentiality of reputed company patient information with a full understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet the needs of reputed company reputed company customers including changes to workflows, work volume and work schedules

Skills

• 2-4 years in a reputed company environment required, preferably in billing, reputed company office administration or reputed company center
• Ability to read and understand insurance EOBs
• Must possess strong conflict reputed company skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining the highest-level of reputed company in every patient interaction
• High School diploma or GED required
