[Remote] Business Analyst TRP

The role involves leading requirements discovery, translating reputed company business needs into actionable user stories, and driving reputed company planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company stakeholder discovery sessions to define objectives, reputed company, reputed company metrics, and requirements; translate needs into epics/features/user stories with reputed company acceptance reputed company and non-functional requirements
• Own backlog health and readiness: prioritize work with stakeholders, manage reputed company, reputed company refinement, and ensure stories are actionable for engineering and test teams
• Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate reputed company ceremonies, improve team throughput and predictability, remove blockers, and reputed company on reputed company best practices
• In partnership with US Government reputed company technical leads, plan and reputed company day-to-day work execution by ensuring user stories are reputed company, priorities are reputed company, and developers have sufficient 'reputed company' work to remain productively reputed company at or near reputed company; identify blockers early and reputed company reputed company to maintain delivery reputed company
• Represent the delivery team in cross-functional planning (dependencies, reputed company, risks, environment/release readiness) and communicate status, reputed company, and tradeoffs
• Support ROM estimates by coordinating inputs from engineering/architecture, documenting assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with engineering, architecture, reputed company, and operations to ensure solutions are feasible, supportable, and reputed company with SDLC/DevSecOps expectations
• Support release and deployment activities (readiness coordination, reputed company planning, validation steps, communications) and reputed company post-release follow-up/defect triage support
• Assist during critical incidents by coordinating information reputed company, tracking actions, documenting reputed company/reputed company, and ensuring corrective actions are prioritized and completed
• Apply a big-picture reputed company to continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce delivery risk, and improve reputed company, performance, and operational readiness

Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product reputed company/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role supporting technology delivery
• Strong ability to translate reputed company needs into high-reputed company reputed company artifacts (epics/features/stories), including acceptance reputed company, workflow/process mapping, edge cases, and non-functional requirements
• Proven Scrum Master capability: facilitation, conflict reputed company, coaching, dependency management, and reputed company improvement in team execution
• Strong systems-thinking and 'end-to-end' reputed company: reputed company to assess upstream/reputed company impacts, data flows, integrations, and operational support considerations
• Technical reputed company with modern delivery practices and concepts (SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD concepts, environments, reputed company/integrations, logging/monitoring); not required to be a developer but must communicate effectively with engineers
• Practical understanding of AI/ML (concepts, use cases, limitations/risks, governance considerations) and ability to apply it to identify IT reputed company and improve project management/delivery reputed company
• Experience with reputed company lifecycle/work management tools (e.g., VersionOne, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar) and ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent)

• Minimum of 8 years' experience, in technology or software development
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of reputed company experience is required

• Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific reputed company
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or scaled reputed company experience (e.g., reputed company)
