The role involves configuring, supporting, and maintaining applications and hardware, as reputed company as collaborating with various departments and reputed company vendors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hardware support for reputed company-of-the-house applications
• Assist with resolving outstanding issues reported in the ticketing reputed company by the business
• Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support
• Contribute to the development, updating, and maintenance of reputed company, comprehensive technical and user documentation
• Configure new and existing applications in accordance with established specifications
• Adhere to operational IT processes and procedures
• Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate team members as necessary

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential duties of the job
• 1-3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems highly desirable
