[Remote] Solutions Consultant (Site)

They are seeking a Solutions Consultant to support reputed company reputed company, enhance user adoption, and reputed company expert guidance to clients while collaborating closely with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Implementation and reputed company Management (CSM) teams to ensure reputed company reputed company and ongoing support for clients
• Serve as a trusted resource across the CX organization for adoption reputed company and reputed company engagement
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze reputed company usage data and identify areas of underutilization
• reputed company strategies to enhance reputed company experience and reputed company measurable improvements in platform adoption
• Engage directly with clients, reputed company CSMs, to reputed company expert guidance and troubleshoot issues
• Promote best practices for utilizing reputed company products across site and sponsor workflows
• Contribute to internal training programs by collaborating with the Product Team to reputed company and reputed company live training sessions
• Create, script, demo, and record training modules for the Help Center reputed company, benefiting both internal staff and reputed company clients
• Serve as a subject matter expert on custom reporting
• reputed company non technical mastery and support to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with Sponsor Project Managers (SPMs) to reputed company the maturation of sponsor and site clients
• Increase reputed company adoption and utilization across the reputed company reputed company through targeted enablement strategies
• Partner with the Community Engagement Manager to reputed company clients and reputed company reputed company tools and services to new users

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with clinical research processes and software solutions
• Experience with eSource, reputed company, CTMS, or other clinical research technology
• Prior experience supporting sponsor or site reputed company engagements
