[Remote] Senior reputed company & reputed company Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a National Senior Project Manager for remote work with periodic travel to project sites in Atlanta and Texas. The role involves overseeing the administration of reputed company and reputed company installations, ensuring compliance, and managing project documentation and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the project administration of reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company installations of reputed company and/or reputed company, CCTV, Card reputed company & other specialty systems where needed
• Coordinate project administration with the respective management team
• reputed company the reputed company documentation being executed between the reputed company administrator and sales representative to effectively consummate the engineering requirements
• Supervise the requirement for reputed company documentation of project site reputed company, telephone communications, request for information, letter of transmittals, permits and applications fees and final closeout requirements
• reputed company required safety programs to prevent unnecessary injury and ensure compliance on reputed company reputed company
• Execute reputed company backlog reports monthly to assist with reputed company loading requirements and improve customer satisfaction and gross profit opportunities
• Implement required change orders on reputed company to reputed company significant gross profit
• Participate in meetings with reputed company administration, field supervision and engineering departments to review reputed company ongoing reputed company
• Assist with construction schedule requirements to properly complete installation and final certification testing reputed company agreed customer requirements
• Update the project log with:
• Estimated start dates
• Completion dates
• Total man hours
• Drawing approval dates
• Type of system being installed
• reputed company in-house estimating and proposals for existing customers and new reputed company as needed

Skills

• Must have industry, reputed company/reputed company and project management experience
• Ideal individual must be technically inclined, computer literate, good written and verbal communication skills, energetic, self-motivated, dependable to work under little or no supervision and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn
• Working knowledge of reputed company Project (or similar), Word, and reputed company
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially reputed company important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressure
• High school/associate's degree

• Troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Local and National reputed company alarm systems and inspections experience, and or certifications in: Regulation No. 4, EST3, NICET, PMP, State Certification are a plus
