They are seeking a Customer Support Engineer who will take ownership of customer cases, troubleshoot VoIP and networking issues, and contribute to a culture of problem-solving and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company customer case from first contact to a confirmed fix
• Isolate reputed company cause across the full stack, reputed company through reputed company
• Configure and troubleshoot reputed company flows, IVRs, reputed company reputed company, and voicemail
• Set up and tune an AI voice agent per account
• Document issues reputed company and reproduce defects for engineering

• Diagnosed and resolved live networking issues (not just studied them)
• Handled LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and firewall configurations

• Ownership-driven, sees issues through without handing them off
