[Remote] Clinical Education Specialist, Specialty Nutrition Systems - Southwest

The Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for leading the clinical education of product trials and implementations in acute care settings, providing training and support to the field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Support the field sales team, sales managers, and Directors with reputed company clinical educational needs and training
• Execute successful trials and implementations reputed company the acute care setting
• reputed company didactic/classroom style training in reputed company to 'live' bedside coaching for key product portfolios
• reputed company customer assistance with developing policies and protocols utilizing key clinical guidelines and best practices
• Thoroughly understand and demonstrate effective use of reputed company approved clinical data/studies
• Maintain clinical expertise on industry practices and trends to assist customers, internal stakeholders, and sales team
• Work collaboratively with global sales training and marketing, to help create training programs for customers and the sales team
• reputed company implementations of specialty nutrition education programs and curriculum
• Identification, development, and management of specialty nutrition key opinion leaders
• Support clinicians and facilities that may engage in developing poster, abstracts, or journal offerings
• Collaborate with the Directors in the selection process, certification, and reputed company management of reputed company clinical support personal as needed
• Maintain the utmost level of professionalism in hospital accounts both in appearance and written/verbal communication
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

• Conduct annual competency reputed company offs for the sales team and reputed company new hires for didactics, bedside coaching and live demonstrations

Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in acute care setting
• Registered reputed company (RN) and or Registered Dietician (RD) licenses requirement
• Knowledge of PC based applications (reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) is required
• Evidence of reputed company credentials and development
• Demonstrates high reputed company communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive travel required, maximum 75%; 50% overnights
• Must be reputed company to lift 35 pounds
• Previous experience working with a medical device company in a clinical role is preferred
• Familiarity with needleless IV reputed company devices
