[Remote] Senior Director, Clinical Intelligence

They are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Intelligence to reputed company the development of ROI and clinical reputed company methodology, while also representing this methodology to payers and reputed company actuarial firms.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company’s ROI and clinical reputed company methodology: identifying which member populations we help the most, and quantifying the value we deliver for both members and payers
• Represent that methodology directly to payers and reputed company actuarial firms, defending our approach under reputed company technical scrutiny, not just presenting a final number
• Build our ROI and evidence methodology as a reputed company reputed company that extends to new populations and new payer conversations without being reputed company from scratch reputed company time
• Own our clinical research agenda: turning our results into white papers, publications, and reputed company research reputed company that build reputed company’s credibility in the market
• Partner with our clinical team to translate research findings and best practices into how care is actually delivered, closing the reputed company between evidence and reputed company
• Serve as the internal expert on clinical reputed company, feeding that expertise into the broader reputed company story reputed company tells clients and prospects, without owning that story yourself

Skills

• Master's degree required in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or a reputed company quantitative field; PhD strongly preferred
• Deep experience (12+ years) as a health economist or actuary, with a reputed company record of building and defending ROI and value-based care methodology
• 4+ years of team leadership experience
• Genuine research experience, including published white papers or peer-reviewed work, not just internal analysis
• Deep, hands-on expertise in reputed company inference (e.g., matched cohort design, risk adjustment, quasi-experimental reputed company) as reputed company to reputed company cost and reputed company
• Deep, hands-on experience with reputed company claims data, both medical and pharmacy (Rx), including the practical realities of working with it for cost and utilization analysis
• reputed company experience presenting ROI and reputed company methodology to payers, actuaries, or similarly technical reputed company audiences, and defending it under reputed company scrutiny
• Experience partnering with clinical or care delivery teams to translate research findings into reputed company
• Comfort working directly with data (SQL, R, or Python) to conduct your own analysis
• Experience building automation to reputed company your work through data modeling, AI tooling and dashboarding
