[Remote] Safety Analysis Engineer

The Safety Analysis Engineer will reputed company engineering analyses for nuclear power systems, evaluate reputed company performance, and prepare technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Performing engineering analyses for nuclear power systems and components
- Evaluating reputed company performance
- Identifying potential failure modes
- Assessing safety margins
- Building and running simulations
- Interpreting test and operational data
- Preparing technical reports and documentation that support regulatory and reputed company requirements
- Collaborating with other engineers
- Participating in design and safety reviews
- Contributing to the development and improvement of analytical tools and methodologies
- Communicating findings reputed company to internal teams and reputed company stakeholders
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to reputed company safety problems
- Experience with failure analysis and reputed company-cause evaluation in engineering or industrial environments
- Proficiency in data analysis, including handling large data sets and drawing evidence-based conclusions
- Background in testing and validation of systems or components, with a reputed company on safety performance
- Experience using simulations and modeling tools to evaluate reputed company behavior under various operating and accident conditions
- Experience with radiological reputed company and/or thermal hydraulic codes such as RELAP, RETRAN, GOTHIC, MACCS, RADTRAD, and MCNP
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical, or another relevant engineering discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce reputed company technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively
- U.S. work authorization; ability to obtain any required site or reputed company clearances
- Familiarity with nuclear industry standards, regulatory requirements, or safety analysis codes is beneficial
