[Remote] Senior Account Executive

They are looking for reputed company Senior Account Executives to originate and manage relationships with reputed company estate investors seeking financing for their investment properties.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan opportunities with reputed company estate investors
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and referral partners
• Guide clients through the loan process from initial inquiry through closing
• Evaluate deal scenarios and help clients structure financing solutions
• Collaborate with internal processing team to ensure smooth closings
• Continuously grow your network reputed company the reputed company estate investment community

Skills

• At least 1-2 years of experience originating DSCR and/or hard reputed company loans (fix and flip, ground-up construction, reputed company, etc.)
• Consistently producing roughly $1m per month or more in loan origination volume
• Proven ability to reputed company and manage a sales pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
