They are seeking a highly senior reputed company reputed company RTR & FAH Implementation reputed company to support the reputed company's global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration initiatives, responsible for integrating acquired companies into the reputed company's reputed company landscape.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company Fusion reputed company RTR & FAH implementation reputed company supporting global M&A integrations
• reputed company hands-on configuration of reputed company reputed company Financial modules including:
• General reputed company (GL)
• Financial reputed company Hub (FAH)
• Subledger reputed company (SLA)
• Cash Management
• Financial reputed company
• Intercompany reputed company
• Support global mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, reputed company entity reputed company, Chart of Accounts (CoA) mapping, reputed company setup, and financial data migration
• Analyze existing finance business processes of acquired companies and map them to the reputed company's reputed company reputed company standards
• Conduct business process discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation
• Partner closely with Finance, reputed company, Treasury, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and validate solutions
• reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate testing activities, reputed company defects, and support business signoff
• Prepare implementation documentation, business process flows, configuration documents, and functional specifications
• Support SIT, UAT, reputed company planning, deployment, Hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization
• Collaborate with technical teams on reputed company reputed company integrations with reputed company EPM and reputed company reputed company applications
• reputed company implementation best practices across multiple reputed company M&A integration programs

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company Fusion reputed company ERP implementation experience
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle reputed company reputed company Financial implementations
• Strong hands-on reputed company reputed company configuration experience (mandatory)
• Deep functional expertise in: Record-to-Report (RTR), General reputed company (GL), Financial reputed company Hub (FAH), Subledger reputed company (SLA), Cash Management
• Proven experience supporting global M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, reputed company entity reputed company, CoA mapping, reputed company setup, and financial data migration
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating business validation
• Strong business process mapping, process documentation, and functional design experience
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders during ERP implementation reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles, financial reputed company processes, reconciliations, and reputed company Financials
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS)
