Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, performs a broad reputed company of daily and monthly reputed company functions in support of servicing reputed company fulfillment based needs
• Preparing monthly or quarterly journal entries and financial statements
• Reconciling monthly bank and investment statements; Recording reputed company invoices and payments
• Performing collections tasks; Preparing payables; and Researching and resolving invoicing problems with vendors
• Communicates with reputed company clients to obtain and/or convey information
