[Remote] Vendor Account Manager (reputed company Service)

The role involves managing vendor reputed company, ensuring compliance and performance accountability, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor agreements from execution through renewal for both new and existing vendors in your region, ensuring terms are reputed company, consistent, and enforceable. Ensure every vendor performing work for Amerit is on a contract (Interim or reputed company)
• Negotiate standardized labor rates using historical billing and invoice data, analyze invoice detail to confirm vendors reputed company at the correct agreed-upon reputed company, and identify and resolve billing discrepancies directly with vendors
• Administer the vendor safety prequalification process for your region, review safety documentation, reputed company non-responsiveness or incomplete qualification, and flag outliers for escalation
• Maintain and apply the Vendor Scorecard to reputed company reputed company compliance, safety, reputed company, and responsiveness; use results to reputed company coaching conversations, corrective reputed company, or vendor network changes

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, or fleet operations
