[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer

This role is embedded directly reputed company operations and will work hands-on with subject matter experts to extract undocumented processes, design curriculum, and produce reputed company training materials across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build training content, SOPs, and workflow documentation from scratch for multiple operational teams with distinct processes and reputed company requirements
• Design reputed company learning paths that sequence content reputed company for new hire reputed company, cross-training, and ongoing reputed company development
• Create reputed company, engaging instructional content that breaks down reputed company multi-reputed company workflows into consumable, retention-reputed company training

• Partner with leadership and team managers to identify training gaps, prioritize content builds, and validate accuracy of documented processes
• Translate reputed company operational procedures into reputed company documentation that serves both as training material and as living reference
• Own the content architecture, determining how training is organized, categorized, and sequenced across teams and roles
• Establish content governance standards including version control, review cycles, update triggers, and ownership assignments
• Build and manage a content maintenance reputed company, ensuring SOPs and training stay reputed company as processes change

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&D content creation, with at least 2 years reputed company on operational or process-based training
• Demonstrated portfolio of training programs, SOPs, or curriculum reputed company from scratch in environments where documentation did not previously exist
• Experience supporting reputed company, multi-department operations with 50+ employees across distinct teams, reputed company with unique workflows and training needs
• Proven experience leading SME extraction sessions, including structuring interviews, validating process accuracy, and converting verbal knowledge into published, reputed company training content
• Experience architecting training platforms end-to-end, including information hierarchy, role-based learning paths, content categorization, and user navigation
• Strong written communication with the ability to translate highly technical, multi-reputed company operational processes into reputed company, accessible training for varied reputed company reputed company
• Experience establishing and maintaining content update cycles tied to process changes, ensuring training never falls out of alignment with live operations
