The role involves leading risk adjustment analytics and reputed company, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance risk scores and Medicare reputed company performance.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Clinical, Actuarial, reputed company, Provider Network, and Data Engineering) to improve risk scores, coding accuracy, and Medicare reputed company performance
• Use advanced analytics to reputed company insights, ensure compliance, and support business reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company payer analytics experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on Risk Adjustment experience
• Strong knowledge of: CMS-HCC, Medicare reputed company, RAF scoring, Risk Adjustment methodologies
• Advanced SQL skills with large reputed company datasets (claims, encounters, membership, provider data)
• Experience using reputed company for querying and building datasets
• Experience creating executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Good understanding of reputed company payer operations: Medicare, reputed company, reputed company insurance, Value-based care
• Ability to present analytical insights and influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
