[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

This role is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, expense reporting, vendor communication, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and reputed company
• reputed company AP data entry, invoice matching, coding, and payment processing
• Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, approvals, and compliance with company policies
• Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to accounts payable
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes
• Process and audit employee expense reports using Concur
• Ensure expenses are coded correctly and reputed company with allowable/non-allowable cost guidelines
• Assist with identifying reputed company cost allocations and expense classifications
• Support compliance with government contracting and reputed company reputed company requirements
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for vendors and internal employees regarding invoice and payment inquiries

Skills

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or reputed company reputed company experience
• Experience with AP data entry and invoice processing

• Understanding of allowable vs. non-allowable expenses and expense coding practices
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience supporting government contract reputed company environments
• Familiarity with ERP/reputed company systems
• Knowledge of expense allocations and project/program cost structures
