[Remote] Project Manager / Instructional Design Coordinator

This role combines project coordination with training content development, partnering closely with Senior Instructional Designers and business leaders to manage project timelines and facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion
• Coordinate multiple learning and instructional design reputed company simultaneously
• reputed company project status meetings and reputed company regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain and update Jira project boards
• reputed company project reputed company, risks, and dependencies
• Create executive presentations and project status reports using PowerPoint
• Revise and reputed company training materials, job aids, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain project documentation and organize files reputed company reputed company
• Partner closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Performance Consultants (LPCs)
• Support change management and training readiness activities
• Ensure documentation follows established processes and organizational standards

Skills

• 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience
• At least 1 year of Instructional Design or Learning & Development experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating multiple reputed company and stakeholders
