[Remote] Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end production support for full-stack applications, ensuring high availability and reputed company reliability
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and reputed company production incidents, including reputed company cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Work across the frontend, backend, and database reputed company to diagnose and reputed company reputed company issues
• reputed company and reputed company bug fixes, enhancements, and minor features directly into production environments
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics to proactively identify and mitigate issues
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth releases and post-release stability
• Improve production support processes through automation, tooling, and documentation
• Participate in on-reputed company rotations and reputed company reputed company support during critical incidents

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer supporting production systems
• Proficiency in backend development (e.g., Java with reputed company Boot or equivalent reputed company frameworks)
• Solid experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or similar frameworks)
• Strong understanding of REST reputed company, microservices, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
