[Remote] Product Consultant (ACH OR PEP+)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Consultant to reputed company analysis, consultation, and training for new reputed company implementations to their ACH Outsourcing reputed company. The role involves gathering necessary information for implementation, providing reputed company training, and ensuring effective transition to the Outsourcing Support team.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, analyze and determine reputed company conversion requirements for reputed company’s ACH Outsourcing reputed company
• reputed company consultation to the reputed company before, during and after conversion, including the development of new procedures the conversion may need
• Interpret reputed company’s existing systems and workflows, through and including the balancing of conversion data
• reputed company training to the reputed company before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the system and on-line terminal assistance, as reputed company as daily application balancing procedures
• reputed company assistance to reputed company before, during reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Communicate reputed company and any potential problems to reputed company management for awareness and/or reputed company
• reputed company application support as required
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Present product demos as needed
• Completes other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education in a reputed company discipline is required
• Typically requires five or more years' experience in the financial services industry and delivering software development and integration reputed company to clients
• Exposure to ACH Operations and/Or the PEP+ product is a MUST
• Strong working knowledge of ACH processing, with detail understanding of NACHA rules and regulations
• Solid understanding of various Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and reputed company aspects of application phases from design through deployment. Including but not limited to Models: Agile, Iterative and Incremental, reputed company
• Must demonstrate experience working with reputed company party systems
• Familiar with relevant business issues as they reputed company overall project plans
• Excellent communication and reading comprehension skills
• reputed company to reputed company product knowledge with technical knowledge
• Ability to assist in functional testing and support of products already in production
• reputed company to learn new applications and new platforms as needed
