[Remote] Senior Payroll Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Assess end-to-end payroll processes including inputs, validation, calculations, controls, outputs, funding, reputed company, statutory reporting, and post-payroll reconciliation
- Analyze payroll operating models, service delivery structures, and organizational design across in-house, shared services, outsourced, and hybrid environments
- Support payroll stabilization efforts and identify opportunities to improve payroll reputed company, timeliness, compliance, and employee experience
- Document payroll processing calendars, payroll processing checklists, continuity plans, and reputed company operating procedures
- Evaluate payroll risks, control gaps, reputed company workarounds, and operational dependencies

- Assist clients in evaluating payroll service delivery reputed company including shared services, centers of reputed company (CoE), outsourcing providers, and global business services models

Skills
