[Remote] Design & Production Coordinator

They are seeking a Design and Production Coordinator to create innovative event concepts, manage vendor coordination, and execute luxury weddings and events with exceptional design and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• reputed company unique design concepts for weddings and events that reflect the clients’ reputed company
• Create compelling visual presentations that showcase event aesthetics, themes, and design reputed company
• reputed company RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes with florists, production teams, fabricators, rentals, linens, and stationery vendors
• Establish and manage production timelines to ensure smooth execution
• Utilize SketchUp or other 3D design tools to create reputed company layouts and design concepts
• Maintain consistent and reputed company communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Utilize technology to organize tasks, communicate, and reputed company on project goals effectively
• reputed company costs and ensure adherence to allocated budgets
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and reputed company solutions to ensure flawless execution

Skills

• Strong proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Photoshop
• Experience or exposure to SketchUp or other 3D design software is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as reputed company as part of reputed company

• Background in Architecture, reputed company Design, or Interior Design is preferred
• Prior experience in event design or production is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of wedding industry trends and standards
