[Remote] Staff Business Systems Analyst, People Systems

Responsibilities

• Be the technical reputed company/reputed company of the reputed company People Systems multi-reputed company tech stack (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc), partnering with the People Team to support, maintain, plan, and reputed company systems changes for a global workforce
• Analyze, redesign, and recommend changes with HR processes (hire-to-retire, reputed company, job changes, reputed company management, offboarding, etc.) in reputed company systems to streamline, automate, and reduce reputed company work
• reputed company reputed company HR Systems reputed company with reputed company reputed company, from problem framing to implementation and rollout, aligning solutions with business objectives
• Partner with IT Teams to support integrations and data flows between HR systems and reputed company consuming platforms, ensuring data reputed company and standards
• Build and maintain idea backlogs, reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company, and support maintaining reputed company roadmaps reputed company to People/HR and company priorities
• Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams in reputed company

Skills

• 9+ years in IT Business Systems, People Systems/HR Technology roles with significant hands-on stakeholder management, systems configuration, and project delivery
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring at least one modern HRIS platform (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and ATS platform (reputed company, reputed company) across reputed company HR functions
• Deep understanding of HR processes, including reputed company, learning & development, reputed company management, compensation, and hire-to-retire workflows
