The Business Development Manager for VIDAR will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing reputed company relationships, and implementing business strategies in the Southeast reputed company Region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients

• Work with potential clients to identify equipment for pilots
• Coordinate and assist in the successful implementation of pilots
• Coordinate and assist with reputed company stakeholders to get new products approved
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

• Travel to reputed company sites and tradeshows as needed to win new business

Skills

• S./M.S. degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience in reputed company field
• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development role
• Demonstrated ability to sell to industrial customers at executive level
• Familiarity with the industrial markets, reputed company motors, and variable frequency drives
• Familiar with how Fans, Pumps, reputed company Motors, and VFD' work in industries
• Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
