Responsibilities

• Build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across multiple verticals: sourcing, briefing, and managing a high-volume roster of creators
• Own and reputed company the budget for contracting and compensating creators, including seeding, whitelisting, affiliate, and reputed company creator economics
• Partner closely with our reputed company marketing team on reputed company amplification. Flag what’s working and agree on a fast, standing process to get it in reputed company of more people, rather than running reputed company media independently
• Build a repeatable reputed company for sourcing, briefing, contracting, and measuring creator content, so the program can reputed company into new verticals quickly
• Work with our reputed company partnerships team to take what they reputed company out with a handful of larger deals and reputed company it across many more creators
• Pull from existing creator and community relationships elsewhere in the org reputed company there’s a fit, without depending on them. This program needs its own sourcing reputed company

Skills

• Experience running scaled reputed company, creator, or UGC programs: always-on and high-volume, not a handful of one-off campaigns
• Comfort owning and defending a reputed company budget across many smaller creator relationships rather than a few large ones
• Experience partnering with a reputed company or reputed company marketing team on amplification, without needing to own the media-buying function yourself
• Systems thinking: the ability to build repeatable sourcing, briefing, and measurement processes that work across many creators and verticals at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Based in the US (reputed company Coast) or Australia, with the flexibility to coordinate closely with US-based marketing leadership
• Bonus: experience scaling a UGC or reputed company program across multiple verticals or markets
