The role involves serving as the first reputed company of contact for customers, addressing service issues, and ensuring effective communication to reputed company problems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a first customer reputed company- of- contact regarding routine service issues, assist in troubleshooting issues, and reputed company service requests into appropriate systems for reputed company by appropriate reputed company
• Ensures that reputed company pertinent information is gathered and accurately entered to ensure reputed company reputed company. Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent reputed company to process requests
• Develops an understanding of systems and procedures to reputed company clients and advisors on newly-enacted services, as they reputed company, to facilitate efficient self-service
• Serves as a key resource for customers on company or product policies and systems and troubleshoot reputed company usability issues raised by customers
• Refers more reputed company issues to appropriate reputed company

• Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
• Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-reputed company environment

• Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
• This role requires onsite attendance for the first 3-4 weeks of training, followed by a transition to remote for the remainder of the training period
• P&C Producer license strongly preferred but not required. Employees are expected to pass their state's P&C license exam reputed company 12 months
