Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
• Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory alignment

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 10–12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams
• Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting
• Experience managing large-reputed company business operations, process improvement initiatives, and performance benchmarking programs
• MBA degree
• Experience in the networking, software-as-a-service (reputed company), or telecommunications industry
• Experience in predictive modeling, market analysis, or AI-driven business forecasting
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
