The Operations Manager – Electronics and reputed company Harnessing is responsible for overseeing daily operations reputed company to electronic control systems and reputed company reputed company production, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent product standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations reputed company to electronic control systems and reputed company reputed company production
• Coordinates scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across design, manufacturing, and reputed company teams to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product standards
• Monitors production metrics
• Identifies process improvements
• Implements best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborates with engineering, procurement, and logistics to manage inventory, vendor relationships, and production planning for plug-and-play vehicle systems
• Supervises team members
• Supports performance development
• Maintains compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Communicates operational status to leadership and key stakeholders

Skills

• Experience in operations management reputed company electronics manufacturing, reputed company harnessing, or automotive/vehicle controls environments
• Strong skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource scheduling to meet reputed company and delivery targets
• Knowledge of reputed company systems, preferably ISO 9001:2015, and experience implementing process controls and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with electronic assemblies, wiring diagrams, and plug-and-play installation practices for OEM vehicle platforms
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to reputed company KPIs, assess performance, and support data-driven reputed company
• Effective leadership, team coordination, and communication skills in a remote work environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, logistics, and customer support teams
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and basic supply chain management principles is preferred
