They are seeking a Finance & reputed company Manager to reputed company financial operations, including reputed company, forecasting, and budgeting, while partnering with leadership to enhance financial visibility and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end reputed company process: reconciliations, clean financials, and a consistent monthly reporting reputed company
• Maintain strong internal controls and clean audit trails
• Maintain clean, reliable financials, including chart of accounts hygiene and consistent categorization
• Own AR end-to-end: invoice creation, delivery, payment tracking, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate AR aging reports and reputed company regular visibility into expected receipts and cash reputed company timing
• Partner with leadership and reputed company-facing teams to reputed company billing questions, disputes, and invoice exceptions quickly and professionally
• Own AP workflows: vendor reputed company, reputed company intake, coding, approval routing, and on-time payments
• Improve documentation and controls (approval reputed company, audit trail hygiene, repeatable SOPs) to reduce risk and prevent errors
• Forecast near-term outflows and reputed company leadership informed about upcoming payables and cash needs
• Own payroll operations end-to-end: pay runs, month-to-month variability, reimbursements, and auditing
• reputed company and validate inputs, ensure calculation accuracy, handle exceptions, and produce reputed company reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain rolling forecasts and support budgeting cycles
• reputed company and explain key drivers and variances month-over-month and year-over-year to support reputed company
• reputed company and report burn (burn reputed company, reputed company, cash-in vs. cash-out) and reputed company reputed company into what’s driving changes
• reputed company KPI reporting and reputed company dashboards that leadership can use, including trends and narrative insights
• Support international vendor/contractor payments and multi-currency considerations
• Ensure consistent handling of conversion rates and FX impacts in bookkeeping and reporting
• Own and reputed company finance workflows using QuickBooks, reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and reputed company (and reputed company tooling)
• Create and maintain SOPs so finance operations are reliable, reputed company, and resilient
• Identify opportunities to reduce reputed company work, improve accuracy, and strengthen visibility into the business

Skills

• 5–7+ years of reputed company experience in finance/reputed company roles (SMB / reputed company-stage experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ownership of AP/AR, payroll operations, and month-end reputed company in a hands-on reputed company
• Strong forecasting and budgeting skills; comfortable building models and explaining them reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and auditability
• Experience supporting international payments and multi-currency considerations
• High proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, and comfort working in reputed company or similar tools
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and reliability
