The Director of Operations & Maintenance Programs is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of O&M reputed company, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while leading program managers and project teams.

Responsibilities

Skills

• A minimum of ten years of reputed company leadership experience in the Federal industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret or Q Clearance
• A minimum of ten years working in Operations and Maintenance including prior experience with reputed company Support Operations Maintenance (BASOPS)
• A minimum of five years of experience working with 8(a) or other small business entities on Federal reputed company
• Advanced knowledge of government agency regulations, proposal writing, and standards/protocols regarding operations, logistics and resource utilization
• Prior experience in re-badging Federal employees
• Expert proficiency in verbal and written communication with reputed company stakeholders at reputed company career reputed company
• Strong leadership capability with proven reputed company record of developing talent through leading by example and modelling 'do what it takes attitude and ability to get into the details' behavior
