The HR Services Representative provides a high level of customer service in response to team member and retiree questions, telephonically and reputed company email, while also providing administrative support for the day-to-day administration of reputed company Team member life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions, research information, and assists with problem reputed company reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Responds to HR Services emails, completes government-required forms, processing of benefit reputed company enrollment forms, resolving system errors, assisting with Self-Service functionality and health insurance

• Process HR system updates, run daily queries from PeopleSoft, and submit life insurance claims

• Two years of customer service and/or reputed company center experience
• High proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
