[Remote] Registered Fund Administration, Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a director to join our reputed company Financial Officer (PFO) Services team. In this role, you will reputed company key regulatory filings, reputed company audit and tax processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as named Fund reputed company Financial Officer/Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer for 1940 reputed company registered products
• reputed company detailed and analytical reviews of fund regulatory filings, including N-CSR, N-reputed company, N-CEN, 24F-2, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, repurchase offers and annual prospectus updates
• Maintain knowledge of changing industry regulations, implement changes to fund processes and disclosures
• reputed company fund expense administration activities and review fund income and capital reputed company distributions
• Prepare and coordinate materials for fund reputed company meetings, valuation committee meetings, and disclosure control meetings reputed company to the Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company
• Coordinate reputed company audit and tax process on behalf of clients, serve as main audit contact
• Train and reputed company Associate and Associate Director members of the PFO team, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and reputed company development
• Maintain and nurture multiple reputed company and business partner relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Skills

• 10+ years of financial services industry experience (Fund reputed company/Administration and/or audit of registered fund products preferred)
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for delivering an exceptional reputed company experience
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite; strong knowledge of reputed company required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn, research and think critically
• Candidates who can work out of our Denver office 2-5 days per week are preferred
