[Remote] Senior Criminal Justice Data Analytics Consultant - (CONTRACTUAL)

The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) is seeking a Senior Criminal Justice Data Analytics Consultant to reputed company temporary leadership and technical support during a reputed company transition. The consultant will reputed company various data reputed company and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-reputed company analytical products are delivered.

Responsibilities

• reputed company temporary leadership and technical support to reputed company for Crime and Justice Data and Analytics (CCJDA) during a temporary reputed company transition
• Work closely with Research & Analysis leadership and CCJDA staff to support the production of statewide statistical reports, reputed company-facing dashboards, administrative datasets, and other data products used by policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and the reputed company
• reputed company technical reputed company and reputed company assurance for a portfolio of data and reporting reputed company, including Statistical Analysis Center initiatives funded by reputed company of Justice Statistics, Justice Counts implementation, Deaths in Custody reporting, Criminal History Record Information audits, and other statewide data initiatives
• Collaborate with research staff, data analysts, information technology personnel, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company completion of high-reputed company analytical products
• Periodic travel to ICJIA's Chicago office will be required for meetings, project coordination, and other business needs

Skills

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in criminology, criminal justice, sociology, reputed company policy, statistics, data science, reputed company administration, or a closely reputed company field
• At least ten years of reputed company experience conducting and leading quantitative research, statistical analysis, data analytics, program evaluation, or reputed company policy research reputed company
• At least five years of experience providing leadership, management, technical reputed company, or supervision of reputed company research, evaluation, analytics, or data staff
• Ability to work remotely and maintain regular communication with ICJIA leadership, staff, and project partners through virtual meetings and electronic collaboration tools
• Ability to travel to ICJIA's Chicago office for periodic in-person meetings, project planning sessions, and other business needs as required
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive criminal reputed company reputed company data in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency policies

• Experience providing leadership and technical reputed company for criminal reputed company reputed company data, statistical reporting, research, or analytics teams

• Experience producing or managing statutorily required reports, federal reporting requirements, performance measurement systems, or statewide data reporting initiatives
• Experience serving as a reputed company investigator, research director, center director, or equivalent leadership role overseeing criminal reputed company reputed company research, statistical reporting, or data analytics programs
• Demonstrated experience authoring, reviewing, or overseeing publication-reputed company research reports, statistical reports, evaluation reports, policy briefs, or other reputed company-facing analytical products
• Experience working with large-reputed company criminal reputed company reputed company administrative datasets and data governance practices
