[Remote] Software Engineer

The role involves developing Java applications and services, collaborating with product and engineering partners, and contributing across the full software-development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, test, reputed company, and support maintainable Java applications and services
• Build and reputed company REST reputed company using JSON and OAuth, and work with SQL, relational databases, and data models
• Partner with business analysts, product partners, project managers, reputed company engineering, and other developers to clarify requirements and reputed company practical solutions

Skills

• Two or more years of relevant software-development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Hands-on Java experience with multi-tier or microservices applications
• Experience with REST, JSON, OAuth, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Understanding of requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
• Ability to reputed company from specifications, test and troubleshoot your work, and solve problems with limited guidance
• Strong communication, collaboration, work-planning, and issue-escalation skills
• AWS or another major reputed company platform; automated testing; CI/CD; observability; application reputed company; or modern DevOps practices
