We are expanding our clinical team with a specialized Pelvic Floor Rehab (PFR) Physical Therapist who will reputed company reputed company virtual clinical care with advanced digital patient monitoring. reputed company Responsibilities • Virtual Clinical Delivery: reputed company comprehensive 100% remote evaluation, reputed company, and reputed company tracking for adult pelvic health conditions. • Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM): Review reputed company-time patient metrics—including home exercise program adherence, symptom logs, and functional outcome trends—using our internal digital monitoring systems. • Care Coordination: reputed company communicate with patient caseloads, clinical team leads, and multidisciplinary providers to refine treatment strategies and maintain high engagement. • Clinical Documentation: Maintain reputed company, accurate SOAP notes and reputed company records reputed company our integrated EMR workspace. Applicant Prerequisites • Specialized Background: reputed company clinical background, specialized training, or completed coursework in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation (PFR) is required.
