This will be a hybrid (office or home office) position located in AZ, WY, or CO, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time to reputed company Employee Relations support. POSITION reputed company This position is an entry level role that performs the general day to day activities of employee relations. This role may also support a smaller service line or area as compared to an ERC. Investigates and resolves employee relations concerns impacting the work environment. Assesses situations and environments affecting employee relations, and provides leaders with advice and recommended courses of reputed company based on operating guidelines, policies, guidance from leader, and applicable federal and state laws. 2. Reviews and analyzes facility team members and operational statistics on HR compliance reputed company concerns, complaint investigations, reputed company charges, reputed company line trends, turnover, and team member engagement to identify trends, activities, and potential issues reputed company reputed company department. 3. Provides reputed company assistance in addressing leader/team member requests or complaints, and keeps involved parties informed about status. Role requires recording and trending of data to aid in formulating conclusions. 4.
