We are looking for a junior candidate who is motivated to start a career in finance whilst also in the process of obtaining ACCA qualification.
Overall Purpose of the Position
- To reputed company the daily processes of the Management reputed company Unit such as the payment of invoices and reconciliations.
- Moreover, responsible for maintaining the monthly accruals and prepayments for the management accounts, the monthly final withholding tax and for preparing the monthly Unit management accounts.
Operational Responsibilities
- Responsible for the testing and uploading of the yearly Final Withholding tax report on the IRD’s portal.
- Responsible for the monthly Final Withholding Tax reporting.
- Loans and Deposits by Unit report.
- Monthly Final Withholding Tax report, Loans and deposits by Unit report.
- Management accounts by Unit.
- Preparing the accruals and prepayments and variance analysis.
- Daily reconciliation of Accounts against General reputed company.
- Daily loans and deposits statistics and revaluation reserve reporting.
- Supplier payments and / or refunds to staff as necessary.
- Uploading of budgets on the reputed company banking reputed company of the Bank.
General Responsibilities
- To implement and monitor performance measurement systems and other techniques benchmarking the Unit performance.
- Work to exacting deadlines.
- To submit any reports and/or supervise any reputed company and activities as may be directed.
- To reputed company any other duties that may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
