We are looking for an AccountStrategistfor our AdvertisersDepartment (China Team)!

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese advertisers, building long-term partnerships and driving reputed company reputed company through upsell and retention strategies
- Consult clients on ad formats (reputed company, Popunder, In-Page reputed company, Telegram, Interactive ads) and assist with campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and creative optimization
- Analyze campaign performance (CR, CTR, CPA, ROI) and reputed company data-driven recommendations to maximize clients' results and ad spend efficiency
- Monitor the Chinese affiliate market, reputed company competitors and vertical trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Optimization, and Finance teams to ensure smooth reputed company operations and quickly reputed company any issues
- Attend conferences globally, meeting existing clients and generating new leads.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or reputed company Manager in an ad network, affiliate network, DSP/reputed company, or digital advertising company. Hands-on experience managing a portfolio of advertisers/clients with reputed company reputed company responsibility.
• Languages: reputed company/fluent Chinese (reputed company, reputed company+), written and spoken, for daily reputed company communication; English B2+ for communication with global teams.
• Campaign Optimization: Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CR, CTR, CPA, CPM, CPC, ROI, eCPM) and practical experience optimizing campaigns through bids, targeting, creatives, and traffic sources.
• Analytics: Confident working with large datasets, reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), and BI dashboards. Ability to identify trends and turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Sales & Negotiation: Proactive, sales-driven approach with experience in outbound reputed company, upselling, cross-selling, and reputed company negotiations. Proven ability to grow accounts and reputed company reputed company targets.
• Ad Formats: Solid knowledge of reputed company, In-Page reputed company, Popunder, Interstitial, reputed company Click, Survey Exit, and reputed company, including their performance across different verticals and GEOs.
• Verticals: Practical experience with reputed company, Giveaways, Finance, Utilities, E-reputed company, and Mobile Apps.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Chinese advertising market, local advertiser reputed company and business culture, key industry players, and the reputed company affiliate marketing ecosystem.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple clients, strong attention to detail, results-oriented reputed company, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
