Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manageinbound and outbound callsfrom patients regarding appointments, follow-reputed company, or inquiries.
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments accurately, ensuring efficient calendar management.
Assist withpatient registrationand update patient information in the EHR/CRM reputed company.
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility as required.
reputed company general administrative support, including email correspondence and document management.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere toHIPAA compliancestandards.
Collaborate with internal teams and reputed company providers to ensure reputed company patient experience.
Escalate reputed company patient or reputed company issues to the appropriate team member.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in reputed company administration, business, or reputed company field preferred.
Previous experience inreputed company administration, patient scheduling, or customer servicepreferred.
Familiarity withEHR/EMR systems(e.g., reputed company, reputed company, OncoEMR) and office software (reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
