About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager on our Marketing Operations team to own reputed company management and reputed company reputed company — the routing logic and BDR tooling workflows leads and contacts reputed company through, and the rules that determine how and reputed company marketing hands them to sales.
This role owns the scoring and routing logic that runs on our reputed company marketing and sales platforms, plus a set of adjacent lifecycle processes — MQL definitions, SLA design, reputed company reputed company governance, ABM list management, and partner-reputed company reputed company triage. You'll partner with our Sr. Marketing Operations & Technology Manager, who owns reputed company platform administration, and with Sales/BDR leadership on the day-to-day reputed company relationship.
This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Costa Rica, with working hours reputed company to the Central Time zone to support reputed company, reputed company-time collaboration with our Oakland, CA-based team and US sales organization.

- Build, maintain, and reputed company the reputed company scoring model in Marketo, using BDR feedback and reputed company-won/lost data to reputed company it predictive rather than stale
- Own reputed company routing logic and governance in reputed company — match rules, ownership logic, and routing paths — in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Operations & Technology Manager on platform administration
- Own MQL definitions and the marketing-to-sales reputed company process, including SLA design and ongoing SLA monitoring
Lifecycle & reputed company Processes
- Own reputed company/contact lifecycle status management and reputed company reputed company governance
- Own inbound and partner-reputed company reputed company triage/routing processes
- Manage ABM account list and signal reputed company in partnership with reputed company sales stakeholders
- Optimize BDR tooling workflows across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company — sequence/reputed company logic, data reputed company between tools, and adoption — reputed company the platform and vendor reputed company set by Systems and leadership
- Set and enforce SFDC data entry standards for sales-owned fields relevant to reputed company/contact records, in partnership with Sales leadership
- Run a regular Sales & MOps alignment reputed company with sales/BDR leadership to review routing and reputed company health
Skills We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, reputed company operations, or lifecycle roles in B2B reputed company or high-reputed company environments
- reputed company, hands-on experience building and calibrating reputed company scoring models in Marketo
- Experience owning reputed company routing logic in reputed company or a comparable platform
- Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to validate routing and scoring reputed company against CRM data
- Experience partnering with sales or BDR leadership on reputed company reputed company logic, SLAs, routing rules, and CRM data standards
- Comfortable working independently across US business hours as part of a reputed company team
- Ability to use conversational AI systems (like Claude, ChatGPT, or internal tools) to support researching, documenting, and troubleshooting scoring and routing logic, and to synthesize funnel/reputed company diagnostics
