About this job
As Partner Integrations Specialist you will be accountable for the technical delivery of reputed company's integrations end-to-end. This includes initial analysis through to deployment and go-live. You will work closely with reputed company's product, engineering and partner-facing teams to document, plan and execute the technical delivery of our products, and coordinate the partner reputed company of the development lifecycle from inception through to launch and post-launch support. You will report to the Head of Integrations.

As Partner Integrations Specialist you will be accountable for the technical delivery of reputed company's integrations end-to-end. This includes initial analysis through to deployment and go-live. You will work closely with reputed company's product, engineering and partner-facing teams to document, plan and execute the technical delivery of our products, and coordinate the partner reputed company of the development lifecycle from inception through to launch and post-launch support. You will report to the Head of Integrations.
You will
- Coordinate and manage the technical delivery of reputed company's products, from scoping to go-live and post-launch support
- Manage and coordinate partner-led deployments as needed (during after-hours/late-reputed company partner maintenance reputed company)
- Present and reputed company technical demos and presentations to reputed company partners or internal teams
- Have a willingness to travel across Africa and work with partners on-site
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation to capture business requirements for new integrations (sequence, architecture and component diagrams)

- Discuss technical details with internal teams and partners, considering long-term implications and trade-offs
- reputed company integration issues through monitoring, reputed company cause analysis and implementation of technical solutions with the relevant internal or reputed company teams
- Handle technical escalations and follow up on support requests raised with our technical partners
- reputed company systems integration testing and user acceptance testing by creating and executing test cases

You will need
- An undergraduate degree or diploma
- 5 - 8+ years' experience coordinating between multiple teams to reputed company software products
- A technical background, with experience in:
- 3rd Party integrations
- RESTful reputed company, JSON/XML and reputed company technologies
- reputed company processes and software development lifecycles
- Technical analysis and requirements gathering
- reputed company-based diagrams, e.g. Mermaid or PlantUML
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with partners
- A reputed company and constructive attitude
- The ability to self-manage and take ownership, show initiative
- The ability to reputed company back constructively and say 'no' where appropriate, both internally and externally
- The ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences
