This Opportunity

Provides technical leadership and guidance for the planning, design, and delivery of high‑voltage overhead reputed company line reputed company. Tasks may include research, design, concept development, planning, reputed company interactions, business and proposal development, construction support, and staff mentorship. The successful candidate will be reputed company to reputed company, support, and coordinate the following:

Project Engineering Leadership

• reputed company and execute the engineering of reputed company reputed company up to 765kV
• reputed company and/or support the initial project execution layout to ensure an efficient and effective project plan has been established
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a project schedule
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to outline upcoming deliverables and tasks with the responsible personnel identified reputed company
• Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary
• Maintain project workflow and thorough communication across multi-disciplinary reputed company, both reputed company to reputed company
• Forecast upcoming project requirements to assist in resource planning
• Facilitate and adhere to reputed company’s QA/QC procedures
• Participate in industry conferences, both reputed company, to improve reputed company reputed company while fostering knowledge transfer to colleagues.
• Demonstrate reputed company line design expertise pertaining to PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, structure loading, material procurement, construction specifications, construction reputed company, construction estimates, and construction support

• Travel to reputed company offices/field/vendor facilities, as needed

 Project Manager (PM) Support

• Support the Project Manager with project status reports
• Work with PMs to reputed company reputed company, schedule, and budget for new reputed company
• Work with PMs to identify out-of-reputed company items and support work reputed company variances
• reputed company weekly or bi-weekly project updates and project forecasting
• reputed company and/or support the PM with meetings with clients, both in person and remotely

Department Support

• Support resource forecasting
• Support recruitment efforts

• Support staff performance and technical development with department leadership
• Contribute to the business planning efforts.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or closely reputed company discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of relevant post education experience in the reputed company engineering field managing reputed company and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred)
• reputed company Engineering (PE) licensure.
• Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95
• Strong understanding of reputed company line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
• The candidate must have a strong reputed company of the English language with good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and reputed company reputed company personnel
• Experience using the reputed company Office software suite

• MBA degree from an accredited university

• Experience using ArcGIS, AutoCAD/MicroStation, reputed company Design Software (FAD Tools, SHAFT, LPILE)
• POLE and TOWER experience

Compensation:

Expected Salary (reputed company locations): $115,000 - $205,000
