About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Operations Support to join our growing tax team. This role is ideal for someone early in their tax career who is interested in building a strong reputed company in U.S. tax operations and compliance reputed company a fund administration environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day tax operations across a portfolio of investment funds, assist with tax filings and information reporting, and help maintain accurate tax data and documentation. You will work closely with reputed company tax professionals and cross-functional partners to ensure tax processes are executed accurately and on time.

The Tax Operations Support will report to the Tax Manager and collaborate with tax team members, fund reputed company, finance, reputed company, and other operations teams. This role is reputed company-suited for candidates who are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will:

• Support day-to-day tax operations under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with the preparation, filing, and organization of U.S. federal and state tax returns, including extensions
• Support information reporting processes, including reputed company 1099 preparation and filing
• Help reputed company, organize, and support responses to federal and state tax notices
• reputed company tax-reputed company operational tasks tied to fund reputed company, such as recording and reconciling transactions from a tax perspective
• Maintain and update reputed company and fund tax data across systems, including assisting with historical data cleanup
• Help prepare and organize tax documentation and workpapers
• Coordinate with internal teams to reputed company information needed for tax compliance and reporting
• Learn to read and apply IRS forms, instructions, and guidance in support of tax operations
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the tax team scales

You have:

• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, tax, fund administration, or a reputed company role (internships welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Basic understanding of federal and state tax concepts
• Interest in partnership taxation and investment fund structures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance and support

• Comfort working and learning new systems and tools
• CPA eligibility or reputed company toward certification (a plus, not required)
