ManagetheLoanJourney:Guideconsumerloansfromapplicationthroughfunding,ensuringeachloanmovesefficientlythroughtheprocesswhilemeetingserviceexpectationsandestablishedtimelines.
ValidateLoanApplications:Reviewloanapplicationsforcompleteness,accuracy,andproperscoringwithintheLoanOriginationSystem,helpingensurequalitydecisionsandsmoothprocessing.
PrepareClosingDocumentation:Create,review,andfinalizeloandocuments,ensuringallpaperworkiscomplete,accurate,compliant,andreadyformembersignatures.
FundConsumerLoans:Executeloanfundinganddisbursementactivitiesaccuratelyandefficiently,helpingmembersaccessthefinancingtheyneed.
DeliverExceptionalMemberSupport:Serveasatrustedresourceformembersbyansweringquestions,providingupdates,coordinatingsigningappointments,anddeliveringahigh-qualityserviceexperience.
ReviewCriticalDocumentation:Analyzesupportingdocumentssuchasincomeverification,collateralinsurance,purchaseorders,andvehicletitlestoensurelendingrequirementsaresatisfied.
ResolveTitle-RelatedIssues:Conductdetailedtitlereviews,identifydiscrepancies,andworktowardtimelyresolutionswhilemaintainingregulatoryandpolicycompliance.
PartnerwithExternalVendors:Collaboratewiththird-partyvendorstoclearcollateralconditions,obtainrequireddocumentation,andapplyvaluationcascadesasneeded.
BalanceMultiplePriorities:Monitorandmanagemultiplequeues,inboxes,andloanfilessimultaneouslywhilemaintainingservicelevelsandprocessingdeadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MinimumQualifications:
- Minimum requiresassociate’sdegreeinbusinessorequivalentworkoreducationalexperience.Bachelorsdegreepreferred.
- Minimum requires1yearexperienceinConsumerLending,indirectlendingorsmallbusinesslending.
- Proficiencyinloanoriginationsystemsanddocumentreview.
- PCskills,withtheabilitytolearnnewsoftware.
- Mathandbasicaccountingskills.
- Full-timehoursrequired,withadditionalhoursasnecessary.
DesiredQualifications:
- Comprehensiveunderstandingofconsumerlendingpolicies,practices,andregulatoryrequirements.
