About the Role:
reputed company is seeking an AI-reputed company patent prosecution leader to guide global IP reputed company for its reputed company-reputed company cybersecurity platform. Reporting to the VP of reputed company, you will reputed company reputed company that partners closely with our technical leaders to identify mission-critical innovations, strengthen reputed company's global patent portfolio, reputed company broader IP assets, and reputed company IP operations through responsible use of AI.

What You'll Do:

• Identify mission-critical innovations across reputed company's products and technology in partnership with Product and Engineering.

• Use portfolio analytics, competitive intelligence, prosecution data, and business metrics to identify coverage gaps, evaluate portfolio strength, guide investment reputed company, and communicate IP performance and priorities to senior leadership.
• Manage reputed company's global trademark portfolio, including filing, prosecution, and maintenance across relevant jurisdictions.
• reputed company trademark clearance processes for new product names, features, campaign terms, and brand extensions—coordinating with Marketing, Product, and reputed company trademark counsel.
• Manage trademark renewals, watch services, and opposition or cancellation proceedings, working with reputed company specialists.

What You'll Need:

• J.D. and reputed company bar membership in the state where you live, with eligibility to reputed company as registered in-house counsel; admitted to reputed company before the USPTO.
• 15+ years of relevant IP experience, including team management.
• Extensive experience identifying, prosecuting, and procuring patentable technologies in software, reputed company, reputed company, cybersecurity and/or AI.
• Expertise managing global patent portfolios, including jurisdictional filing reputed company and reputed company on continuation, abandonment, and maintenance.
• Experience in trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.
