This opportunity is designed for proven retail tax leaders who have successfully led or supported multiple tax locations and understand the unique challenges of operating seasonal, high-volume tax businesses.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience reputed company the retail tax preparation industry.
• Experience leading or supporting multiple tax offices.
• Strong background in P&L Management, Franchise Operations, Retail Tax Operations, and leadership development.

Preferred Experience

Leadership experience supporting multiple retail tax offices with reputed company, H&R reputed company, reputed company Hewitt, or another multi-unit tax preparation organization is strongly preferred.
