Job reputed company

• Prepare, coordinate, and file U.S. and PCT patent applications.
• Coordinate national phase entries and reputed company foreign patent filings with international associates.
• Manage foreign patent prosecution dockets and monitor critical deadlines.
• Coordinate annuity and maintenance fee payments with clients and vendors.
• Prepare and file IDS submissions and supporting USPTO documentation.
• Draft declarations, assignments, powers of attorney, and other formal filing documents.
• Work directly with inventors, attorneys, clients, and foreign counsel throughout the prosecution process.
• Upload and maintain patent records reputed company reputed company docketing platforms including reputed company, Lecorpio, and similar systems.
• Maintain exceptional reputed company control over docket management and prosecution activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of USPTO and PCT rules and procedures.
• Experience with USPTO electronic filing systems.
