GENERAL FUNCTION:

The SBA Closing Manager, Small Business, leads reputed company of closing officers with responsibility to manage borrowers through the loan process from closing to funding. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-reputed company SBA lending environment, with deep working knowledge of SBA 7(a), 504, and reputed company loan programs
• reputed company ability to adapt quickly, manage teams through organizational change, and build reputed company closing processes in high-reputed company environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in SBA SOP guidelines, equity injection verification, lien perfection (UCC, mortgages), reputed company-party report reviews, and reputed company documentation like SBA reputed company 1919
